Cosy and welcoming prestige Swift Bordeaux seaside holiday home from home sited at 87 Lytchett Bay View. Sleeps maximum 6 people. Full gas central heating (combi gas boiler for plentiful hot water) and a homely, flickering electric flame effect fire in the lounge, so even if it’s not the height of summer you are assured a cosy home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, which also has a separate grill and gas hob. The oven is large enough to cook for your family if you want to or there are many take-aways and restaurants on site and in the surrounding area. It is also a light and airy open pan kitchen. There is lots of storage space, full size fridge freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery, utensils and cutlery you should require. There is also a washing machine which can be useful.

The lounge is light and airy as well, with patio doors at the front end of the caravan leading to the wrap round veranda and balcony terrace. Along with plenty of sofa seating and an LG 42″ full HD LED TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. There are plenty of children’s DVDs, a few popular adult DVDs and some games in the drawers. The lounge seating is very comfy and offers lots of room. The coffee table is also storage for two foot stools/ pouffees.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with four chairs and two stools.

There are 3 bedrooms. One is a double bedroom – it has a dressing table and space for a travel cot. Also a 32″ TV- wall mounted. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each, although these can be pushed together if you wish to make double beds. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, with wardrobes and hangers in each bedroom, along with cupboards and bedside tables. There is a hairdryer.

There is a shower room with toilet, wash basin and a large shower, which has plentiful hot water and a good pressure shower. There is also an en-suite toilet to the master bedroom.

Parking for 2 cars alongside the caravan and a patio area with tables, chairs and parasol.

Linen, cot and highchair available to hire. There is wifi and the code is available in the caravan.
